Grievance in the Gutter Scrap Book

The dispute is over rights to use the best deer stand on the property.  The winner gets to use it forever.  It is by far the best stand around and you will almost certainly get a deer every year.  This was shot November 24, 2001 outside Effie, MN.  It was very unusual to not have any snow on the ground at that time.  It started snowing within hours of when we left and there was over 8 inches of snow on the ground by the next morning.  It's all about the timing.
